This transfer coated film is manufactured without a backing fabric, consisting purely of a formulated PVC layer. Its flexibility, clarity, and thickness range make it ideal for applications where support is unnecessary but visual appeal and surface performance are important.

Neucoat’s process allows for thicknesses ranging from 0.6 mm to 2.5 mm, typically incorporating a blown layer to achieve dimensional integrity and product body.
